I placed an order online; now where is my parcel?
Following completion of your order, you will receive an unique tracking number for your parcel.The tracking number allows you to track your order from ship date to arrival. To track the location/status of your delivery, click on the "Track Your Order" header at the top of this page. Then enter your unique tracking number in the box provided.
May I return a purchased item?
Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt of the order as long as they are in new and unused condition. All original package contents must be included. Personalized items may not be returned. Please phone or e-mail for a Return Authorization before returning any merchandise. We do not charge a restocking fee as long as returned items are in new and unused condition. Terms and conditions apply - contact us for T&C's. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Is payment using a credit card on www.myomed.co.za safe and secure?
Yes, PayFast processes MyoMed's online payments. Together, we use Extended Validation SSL with 256-bit encryption. PayFast has a multitude of checks in place to protect both you, our clients, and MyoMed from fraudulent transactions.
